These terms govern your use of Primail, including the web dashboard and the Primail Google Sheets add-on (together, the "Service"), operated by Primail. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Primail helps you find and verify professional email addresses from a first name, last name, and company domain. Results are best-effort: we cannot guarantee an address exists, is deliverable, or is current.
An account is created automatically the first time you sign in with Google, on the free plan. Paid plans are billed via Stripe and can be managed or cancelled from your dashboard at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable anti-spam, data protection, or privacy laws, or to look up individuals without a legitimate business purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Primail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
