After installing from the Google Workspace Marketplace, reload the spreadsheet (or open a new one). The add-on lives under Extensions → Primail → Find emails…. If it still doesn't show, check that the install finished and that you're signed into the same Google account you installed with.
Rows that already have a value in the Status column are skipped so you aren't charged quota twice for the same contact. To run a row again, clear its Status cell and start a new job.
Only verified emails we actually findcount against your quota. Rows where no email is found, or where the domain is a catch-all and delivery can't be confirmed, are free. Quota resets on the first of each calendar month, and your current usage is shown in the add-on sidebar and on your dashboard.
From your dashboard you can upgrade, switch plans, update your card, or cancel at any time. Cancellations keep paid features until the end of the billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Every address we return is SMTP-verified where the receiving server allows it. Servers that accept all addresses are flagged as catch-all, since delivery can't be confirmed for those domains. Results are best-effort. See our terms for details.
