Primail ("we", "us") operates Primail, including the web dashboard and the Primail Google Sheets add-on (together, the "Service"). This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Google account info — when you sign in, we receive your email address and Google account identifier from Google, used solely to identify your account and its plan.
• Sheet contents you submit — the add-on sends the first name, last name, and domain values you select to our API so it can look up and verify an email address. We do not access any other part of your spreadsheet.
• Usage data — number of rows processed, for billing and quota enforcement.
• Billing info — payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

How we use this data

To operate the Service: performing email lookups you request, authenticating your account, enforcing plan quotas, and processing payments. We do not sell your data or use spreadsheet contents for advertising.

Google user data

Primail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

Lookup results are retained as long as your account is active so you can review past jobs, and deleted on request. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
